Help my tickets haven’t arrived yet!

If you ordered online from our festival website, you will have been sent an E-ticket (from our official ticketing partners TicketSellers). If you have not received it please check your Spam folder in the first instance. If it has not arrived within 48 hours (and isn’t in your spam folder) then ‘Please login to your account here to check the status of your tickets. If you are still struggling to locate your account or tickets please email info@theticketsellers.co.uk with ‘Ticket not arrived’ in the subject heading, please include the Order no. (if you made a note of it), date of purchase and your full name and address. Alternatively, call on 0121 472 6688.

I have brought tickets for a group and we are not all arriving at the same time, what should we do?

Each ticket has a different barcode and a different ticket number. If you are arriving with all the tickets, please make sure you have shared your e-tickets with your group and highlighted who will have which barcode.

I’ve brought a ticket for the wrong day/wrong festival, or have lost my ticket. What can I do?

Please note we are unable to refund/downgrade/exchange tickets under any circumstances.

I want to stay all weekend!

If you have purchased a Day Ticket for the festival, the only way to attend the whole weekend is to purchase the relevant tickets for the extra days you wish to attend. As long as the festival has not sold out, day tickets will be available at the door. CARD ONLY PLEASE.

Can I upgrade my tickets?

You can, if you’d like to upgrade your ticket to either our VIP Black Swan or Private Caravan Hire, you can do so via our website. Festival tickets do not come with the upgraded ticket, they must be purchased as an addition. For more information on upgrades, head to this page here.

I have an emergency and can no longer make it, what can I do?

This is a strictly non-refundable event. If you have any questions or would like to discuss this with a member of the tickets team, please contact us via tickets@moseleyfolk.co.uk. Please bear in mind our team will be focusing on the festival during the weekend, we will aim to respond as quickly as possible, whether that be during or after the festival.

Do you offer any payment plans?

We do, these are released prior to Christmas and will be split on the basis of the number of months to the festival. We recommend using a payment plan so you can spread the cost. Head to the tickets page to purchase and for further details on dates payments will be taken.

When is the very latest day I can buy a ticket?

As long as tickets have not sold out in advance they will be available to buy online throughout the festival or they can be purchased at the door. CARD ONLY PLEASE.

I have an E-ticket, what do I need to do?

If you purchased a ticket online from our ticket shop you will have been sent an E-ticket by email immediately after purchase. All you need to do is print it out or bring it on your phone (please ensure the barcode is visible) and bring a valid ID or proof of address. If you have any issues with tickets, please contact TicketSellers at info@theticketsellers.co.uk or call 0121 472 6688.

If you purchased a ticket from another ticket seller (i.e. not from our own website) please read their terms and conditions. If you have any issues with your tickets, please email the company from which you bought your ticket – we cannot help with any issues to do with tickets bought from other TicketSellers.
